Run Fast Eat Slow (Cookbook Series)
Especially for female athletes, I absolutely love Elyse Kopecky and Shalane Flanagan’s approach to nutrition and having a healthy relationship with food! Plus, the recipes are simple and delicious — I use them regularly.

Decoding Anorexia
Provides an in-depth (but easily readable) overview of the biological underpinnings of anorexia nervosa. I found it healing to understand more of the biological root causes of this mental illness! 

Life Without Ed
A recovery classic! Join author Jenni Schaefer in her own eating disorder recovery journey. Relatable and inspiring for those wrestling with an eating disorder.

I can’t recommend this book enough for any parent of a child/teenager with an eating disorder!

Secrets of Feeding a Healthy Family
A favorite resource of mine for any parents or parents-to-be for thinking about how to raise kids who grow to love being in the kitchen and who have healthy relationships with food! I highly recommended Ellyn Satter’s other books, resources, and courses for family feeding (at all ages) as well.
